That said he does comment on a few other oddities that I wouldn't risk commenting on as a layperson (eg; use of the pepper spray earlier in the vid and whether that was an unreasonable use of force)
Appeal to authority isn't normally my go to argument, but the retard was taking a wild last stand using only the figleaf of presumption of regularity as an argument because he appears to have reviewed the footage or something and realised there was absolutely nothing defensible about their behaviour so the only avenue for defence is to simply declare I'm not allowed to observe, interpret, or comment on current affairs due to lack of authority.

I believe Meat had a rant about how indie streamers are never taken seriously be either merch companies or cons, basically that if you don't have some sort of agent or manager handling the communication with companies you get ignored.

For everybody asking, 3am was some sort of friend group that morphed into a loose corporation of sorts, kinda like V-Dere (Mozzumi Pichi) and Vershion (Australian vtubers). All members are indies, they just joined because theoretically there's some benefits to being in a corporation, like handling of merchandise, sponsorships, invitations to conventions, etc.
They aren't exactly new, they've existed since 2024, at least.
I knew of them because of Meat, who I just assumed was indie but then I saw she was in this 3am group.
Olivia Monroe has collabed a lot with Lumi for 2 years. I think everybody considered Olivia as indie, and never paid too much attention to her affiliation as part of 3am.
