It could be a slow change but I think Pippa's big enough that she could reasonably drown out her old, shitty /pol/ audience with a new, more generic vtuber audience with enough time and effort. It already seems like she's been trying to do that.
Even though Holo got rid of Coco and Rushia, two of their previous top earners at the time, they were able to recover relatively quickly due to everyone else being able to pull their weight and cover the losses. Phase doesn't have anyone else even close to Pippa's size yet, and they'll need everyone they can get if they want to keep expanding at the pace Sakana's going for. (I think it's still way too early for a con. That just sounds like burning money for no reason)
