>>109237574>Does that warrant death?Resisting when being arrested can warrant death depending on the methods you are using to resis the arrest, yes. This should be obvious.
>If a cop/fed tells you to stop and you don't should you just be killed instantly? Is that all that happened? Aren't you leaving important details, depending on the case we are talking about? For example, attempting to ram an ICE agent with your car? The other case is not as clear cut and warrants further investigation. Did the gun of the dude resisting arrest misfire accidentally (the model is known for that)? Could ICE agents properly communicate through the organized disruption of aforementioned 5th columnists (with the annoying whistles)? This needs to be analyzed before reaching a conclusion.
>If ICE shows up at your door tomorrow without warrant saying they need to search your house because they think your neighbor is illegal and hiding there are you going to let them? They do have warrants, even if they are of the administrative kind. Not only that, but it would make no sense for them to do so since there are no illegals where I live. Can you point me towards a case where they just barged into a house for no reason whatsoever? If they did that, they should provide restitution to the affected party and sanction the transgressing officers. And, once again, are they significantly worse than under Obama? Besides media bullshit, I have seen nothing that suggests that.
>When does the bootlicking stop?Rule of law is not bootlicking. You would have that even in ancapistan (and that is obviously not what the USA is).
