The numbers don't lie. HoloPro has returned to a year-over-year decline. The persistent issues remain: for JP, total stream time and stream count are down, while for the overseas group, both concurrent viewership (CCV) and stream numbers have decreased. Historically, by the end of January 2025, the agency had lost Fauna and Sakamata at the beginning and end of the month, respectively. Comparing the top 100 most-viewed chart, Gura alone accounted for a 500k view loss, Chloe 700k, Fauna 350k, Kanata 600k, and Kaela (currently on break) 450k. These losses, combined with YoY declines in CCV for some members, illustrate a broader problem: HoloPro’s overall viewership per member appears stagnant, which is concerning given that they are losing more talent than they are gaining.
Nijisanji continues to perform steadily, with their shotgun approach seemingly effective. Interestingly, the only NijiEN member to appear in the top 100 list is the bilingual Meloco.
Brave remains largely consistent when viewed through the main chart. Neo-Porte, however, experienced a significant drop in viewership, declining from 3 million to 1.8 million. In contrast, on the Top Channel Views chart, the Korean StelLive is performing well.
Phase’s January performance was strong, with Clio emerging as the standout. The February figures will provide insight into how their first major crisis may impact growth. Notably, PhaseJP now represents less than 0.01% of Phase’s total viewership, a sharp decrease from the 10% share it held when the company was smaller.
