That's on PL. OP is asking if she could do the collab on main, like the Holostars talents can.
The answer is probably "no." Hololive and Holostars are both under the same parent company, but they're different vtuber agencies with different management teams and different rules.

Besides, Kiara can collab with Ame any time. We probably will never get a Kiara x Dooby collab or a [Kiara's PL] x Ame collab, and we'll definitely never get Kiara x Rachel collab, but Kiara x Ame is within the realm of possibility.

There is definitely a double standard in how many restrictions that Cover has on the girls side and management will never let them collab with Nimi, Saba, or Shachi. Dooby will likely be a moot issue because Ame will return to Hololive but it's noticeable that Holostars do have a lot more freedom.
