This, Concord was doomed to fail because it didn't do anything unique or notable.
More importantly, it was a live service game with a $60 price tag. Protip if you do live service, the game should be free.

In totally unrelated news, the average turnaround time from "Niji EN liver turns in their formal graduation paperwork" to "Niji EN management publishes the announcement of that liver's upcoming graduation" is about six months, assuming the liver in question doesn't have any outstanding projects which must be finished before they're allowed to leave.
