Kaela had a collab with Kronii and than went on hiatus for 3 months except for that announcement stream for Hololive Dreams. They said it was for health reasons but it was curious after that Kronii did that "New Year New Me (Literally)" stream with the multiple versions of Kronii. That has been a joke since her first 3D live but it sure does feel like foreshadowing.
