I kinda miss the old /vyt/ and /hlg/ threads when people would actually do reps and try to improve themselves while also watching vtubers and you would catch up the threads after doing your daily life, now you guys are just degenerates that watch vtubers 24/7 as if it was national TV, you should take a break.

If you're in the minority of people who actually enjoy working then good for you I guess but (probably) op and I would rather at the very least not partake in a system that holds the vast majority of your life hostage.

Pick up a hobby
I picked up drawingbecause of Ina and I've improved a lot just by drawing a bit everyday. I'm still awful but I'm less awful than the me from 1 month ago and that feels good. Just pick something to give meaning to your life and that will hopefully improve it and give you a skill. Cooking, reading, drawing, watching movies, educate yourself. In 5 years all those hours spent watching youtubers and shitposting here will have given you nothing.

Vtubers are the last and the latest bastion of escapism. Most modern games are trash so you don't really need to play them anymore and this goes for every other entertainment genre as well.

Western entertainment is totally dead due to woke shit but Japanese entertainment has also stagnated too except for coomer materials. Vtubers recycle such once fun contents and it works anyway.

I can't imagine what the next cool thing is. Since it turns out VR tech is trash and also controlled by woke ideology.

I started balding in my teens so it never even started for me and with all the Covid bullshit my life is just sleeping, playing vidya that I don't enjoy anymore, doing mandatory activities like work and weightlifting that I don't enjoy at all, and watching anime girls be retarded. My oshi doesn't even stream anymore so even that last one is losing a lot of its appeal.

Vtubers literally ruined my life; I had a job and was in college but then I started watching vtubers in 2019. When I graduated and left my job to pursue a career in my field, I got addicted to vtubers and have since continued living with my parents still out of a job. I no longer hang out with friends, play games, exercise, etc just go on YouTube every day and watch my daily dose of chubbas and translated content while browsing Twitter/Reddit for anime art and here for memes.
