This is the timeline, as far as I know:
>FWMC do the master duel stream>Mococo suddenly (apparently) gets all quiet and cries for a moment, then she says she needs a "water break" and puts the loading screen for 5 minutesI think this is some really important context for everything else, the timing is too convenient for it to be all a coincidence. Maybe she got a notification about something that made her cry, maybe she was feeling really bad or she was in pain, but whatever happened is probably really relevant to the things happening after this.
>A bit after that they tweet some random hearts on their RM Twitter>A few hours later they announce a break and cancel all the valentine's streams>Complete radio silence for a bit on Twitter, but they post a cat clip with sad emojis on their RM Instagram stories (they usually do this when they are sad/menhera)Up to this point the stealth suspension/forced health break rrats made complete sense.
>They do the TCG shilling stream, the stream is apparently live because they react to things happening on holoplus, and they sound perfectly fine.Their appearance in this stream doesn't make any kind of sense. Assuming that it's prerecorded literally makes everything a lot more logical and understandable, but they literally live reacted to things so I seriously doubt it was prerecorded. If Mococo was really sick then they wouldn't force her to appear in something like this, and she wouldn't sound like she usually does. I'll talk about this a bit later. The stealth suspension/forced health break rrats also died at this point.

These are all the rrats I can think of:

>Mocomelty. She had an actual mental breakdown during the master duel stream and refused to do the valentine's streams.Possible, but the shilling stream kinda ruins this rrat too. This rrat is salvageable if you assume that the mocomelty caused the cancelation of only solo streams/romantic streams/streams where she interacts with Ruffians. This one is more of a joke than anything else, but it literally makes a lot more sense and it's more logical than the cuckposts, so I have to mention it.
>Homework. They fucked themselves with homework and lack of sleep.Probably the most likely scenario, but the TCG shilling stream and Mococo's absence for the charity event still makes things a bit weird, and if this ends up being the real reason for the cancellations then it's literally all their fault.
>Death of a relative.I hate this one but it would make a lot of sense. Mococo is a crybaby, so it would explain why she is "having it rougher" while Fuwawa can still do things, and the TCG stream could be explained as Mococo getting into character and going through the motions, something she wouldn't be able to do as easily in solo streams.

If Mococo wasn't allowed to stream then there's no way Fuwawa would do something like a solo valentine's stream with her sister being all depressed off-stream. The forced health break is easy to explain too because Mococo spent the entire week before valentine's sleeping on stream and falling asleep at the studio. Maybe Mococo's mane-chan forced her to rest, or maybe the staff at the studio reported the sleepy Mococo incident to management. It also explains Mococo crying during the master duel stream; she got a notification from mane-chan explaining everything, got sad because she knew she wouldn't be able to do the valentine's streams, and asked for a water break to pull herself together and finish the sponsored stream before doomposting in RM.
