That makes sense if a talent will spend many years in Hololive but after the Sana graduation I do think it caused some of the others to have doubts about whether they would stay. Mumei did a single 3D live were she complained that management cut things that she wanted while Ame and Fauna never had any optional 3D lives. Also early on EN talents would often complain about the lack of creative control they had in 3D lives. They couldn't choose the director, they had things removed at the last moment, and the EN talents could only use the small rooms at the 3D studio.
