Matsuri and Aqua once spoke about the "events" that changed hololive - they mentioned how they never really took advantage of being a group till Coco started pestering everyone to join the ark server.
Full holo events were such a massive deal back then.
Coco's logic was everyone supporting each other to grow as a group - and when her manager told her to focus on her own channel instead of promoting others she complained about it on stream to aqua.
That's why Coco's farewell was a full holo event.
