Anybody else started falling off watching vtubers lately? I remember catching a stream literally every day up until a month or so ago and now hardly watch live streams

I fell off of "vtubers" ages ago. (aside from being good for porn)
The only vtuber I care about is my oshi and if for whatever reason they stopped or quit, I'd have nothing connecting me to this fandom anymore and I guess I'd have to find a new obsession.

Even if they weren’t they’re just so boring man. Think of the most popular flesh female on twitch. Can you even name her? If you can does she have actually entertaining clips or is it just ass shots or her being extremely retarded? The biggest from what I know is emiru and she is incredibly boring and needs her stomach showing 24/7 the last clip of any relevance from her was her not knowing how to put out an oil fire. Notice how there are almost no entertaining flesh female streamers now put them in an even cozier gig behind an avatar and what do you get? A bunch of failures pretending to be idols or whores past their prime.

They don’t evolve, even the karaoke streams have the same set of songs also most vtubers are mostly spending time at home so it’s zero experience for share. It must be ok for japan culture that centers about jerking the same shit for decades, e.g. you can predict plot by seeing hair color on anime title poster.

There hasn't been any drama that can rival the exhilaration and sense of purpose created the Selen Shock. As such, there isn't the same excitement anymore. There needs to be a new crusade or holy war for me to see a higher calling in vtubing choices again.
