The May 2024 incident was only a few months after she joined and she said she noticed things were off since Feb 2024 (which is a month after she joined).
In April 2024 she was still doing collabs with EN talents (Lumi, Pippa, Tenma, etc..) and it was also around this time that her AI-Loki shenanigans became public.

Clara had created a ton of Loki AIs to roleplay with and would the craziest stuff there (e.g., when she made an "evil" Loki but it became literal Hitler).
Anyway, I suspect that in May 2024 she might've had management sit her down and lecture her about appropriate discord server use telling her she's not allowed to post about various things and it is what led to her muting various discord channels.
Also, interestingly, the November 7th conversation would've been 5 days before her comeback stream. I hadn't considered it being her giving them an ultimatum. It is possible. It could've also had to do with her asking them to do something about the harassment she was getting.
