I do not understand moonrunes very well but from what I glean she is happy that Memory agreed to remain Phase Citizen and wished her well. Then I guess the chatters also mentioned Clara so the conversation shifted to her.
Loki joked that her birthday has dark atmosphere because of the recent events but didn't seems particularly sad, her demeanor shown the opposite pretty much.
