If he was set to hidden from channel by a mod or Nerissa herself his comments and chats will appear on his end but be unseen by everyone else, Member streaks and super chats will be unsendable.
It's more likely that a chatter that went against the grain was hidden from the channel then the platform itself shadowbanning a user that doesn't even upload content.
