They shared the event map earlier. The reason why it seems like they have fewer attendees is because they separated the event into 3 different areas.
That expo stage area is located inside that Makuhari Event Hall dome and is completely separated from the main Fes hall, so you don't get combined people from stage and exhibition area like previous years.
