NijiEN gen 3 already? I think they debut these gens too quickly, and I feel a bit unconvinced by this approach. I'm still not sure if their current talents have their foot in the door for the EN market as much as they should.
>This is the usual modus operandi for Nijisanji
I don't doubt that at all. I just question its viability for the EN market which, at least from what I can tell, they haven't exactly "broken into" the same way HoloEN has.

I think they're doing "waves" and wanting to build up huge gens like NijiJP but I just don't see them having the fanbase size to support that. HoloEN built up a huge EN fanbase before actually debuting its FIRST gen and their momentum has allowed them room.
>Hololive treats their Vtubers like idols in a sense where Niji treats them as streamers so they have a different reach
I'd say treating them as "streamers" in this sense is a mistake. When Esports organisations and companies recruit streamers or arrange sponsorships, they tend to work with established talents under established names after all.
