I recently made a lot of money with cryptocurrencies and I would like to open a vtubers company, it is my dream, some advice, money is not a problem.

My advice would be to take a look at the level of oversaturation currently occurring, think about the actual duties of ownership/management and realize that you're just going to be working for negative returns and not building a harem of anime girls to hang out with.

Hire your favorite artists to make models
Get talents you find cute, don't look at them, go purely by voice and personality.
Decide if they are gonna be streamers or idols.
Instill in them your company values and what you expect of them. If it were me, making sure they have a good energy in collabs would be key, don't want them just playing Autism Craft and Apex. Shit like Smash, Mario Kart, more obscure shit like Dragon's Crown Pro, FFIXV, etc
Contact game companies, some of them like Atlus or SE are so autistic regarding some games, better cover your ass.

You need to have management team and legal team as well because building a company (if you want legal way) needs to have agreement on paper. You also have to pay taxes monthly and also pay artist to make the models and woman as well

>enough capital to pay for moving expense, as relocating your chubas near the office is necessary for synergy and 3D

>creative direction largely in the hands of chubas, except when it comes to formal corporate events and outreach where they're utilized as official brand ambassadors
>contracted music composers/mizers/etc if you're going the idol route or even just plan on releasing character songs for your characters
>a brand spokesperson a la A-Chan who can humanize the company and deliver announcements/updates about last, current or future endeavors

That's just off the top of my head. Someone from an actual corporate background could probably go into even more specifics, as well as shooting down anything I may be mistaken about. Regardless, running an aspiring multinational multimedia company is no joke. Especially if you're offering efame without a proven track record. Only a desperate, untalented or otherwise embattled person would choose you over a larger agency or just going independent unless you have a better offer than "it's just like being an indie except we take part of your profit." If your brand offers nothing to chubas, then your recruiting pitch will have to do the rest of the work. This is less important with women, but if you plan on hiring men then it'll likely cost you a significant premium just because men are less likely to be able to have their living expenses paid by a sugar partner and popular, already successful male streamers have no reason to revenue split with a literal who.

Oh, I forgot to mention that you'll be needing office space (which means RENT) and office equipment (another cost that inflates with the size of your company) as well.

Preferably your office will be in a not-shitty area where chubas can safely walk to the office.

Otherwise, I'd expect you to cover any and all commuting expenses (ie uver/lyft/gas/etc) if your chubas are located more than a 5 to 10 minute walk away.

Good people demand good pay, which is why payroll would most likely be the absolute biggest, most fuckhuge portion of OP's expenses.

He could argue that he just wants to live the dream and skimp, but what chuba would even want to join a company with no aspirations, aim or future? Companies are commercial organizations explicitly formed for the acquisition of revenue and preferably profit. If OP isn't out to conquer the world by attaining a monopoly over the vtuber market, he might as well just pack it up and try to form a Twitch Team with chubas instead.
