Hardly any holos are good at both singing and dancing; it's usually just one or the other. Like Okayu is one of the best singers but she sucks at dancing. Korone, Nene, and Subaru are the best dancers but they aren't the best singers.
If it was just dancing it would be Nene and Korone without a doubt. I think Negi-U struck a good balance of girls who can both sing and dance good. While Subaru isn't that good at singing, the other two girls can sing very well and all three Negi-U girls are good dancers with Subaru definitely being the best dancer of the three.
