With all the games Gura has livestreamed, why hasn't she livestreamed a Touhou game yet? Does she find them to be too hard? She can always start off with something easy like Fairy Wars (although it's only easy because Cirno is so strong). She can even play one of the fighters if she doesn't feel comfortable with a danmaku game. She's clearly a fan of Touhou, so it's a bit odd that she hasn't played any Touhou games yet.
