If you're not aware, I hate to break your "ill move to japan" dreams, but the japanese housing market discriminates, and is legally allowed to.
They treat most foreigners like garbage, higher rents, less selection, increased deposits.
Usually you get really shitty places, e.g. Kiara having roaches and mice and peeling wallpaper. Calli having bugs and other issues as well.
