vtubers are a weeb thing so of course theyd do weeb things like sing japanese song, if you want people to sing english ones you need non-weebs to be vtubers and at that point most of vt would complain about them anyway.

honestly rebranding the holoID girls to EN would just cause the same shit with people getting upset they're speaking ID despite being EN, this whole idea of branches need to only speak their language and if they dont they need to be moved to the one they do speak often results in a name change at most and the same complain being lodged against them again restarting the cycle.
