I don't think we should be analyzing every tiny detail of the streams. It's not a video game with a predefined script to which we criticize things that are established. Streams and Ame are dynamic beings, one week can differ from another without necessarily changing the quality I don't think these two things configure a problem, they never were.
What you do indicate that I agree with, is when she is quiet for a long times, when she's tired, or when she HAS to finish a bad game and the mood is not the best (this is normal i think, it's either drop it or finish it, and I think it's better to finish it)
If you're referring to OW though, it was an extra long, comfy, and peaceful game stream, so I think it's normal to have silences.
