I've said this before and I'll say it again. TTS is hard filter for new people. Vshojo is fine with Zen doing what they are doing but Zen themselves knows its the biggest handicap to their streaming career. He is not growing nearly as much as his peers. He will keep having slower, growth and less opportunities for sponsorships and collabs. In all likelihood Zen will redebut at some point in the future as a male vtuber who is "related" to Zen. They will have Zen on as guest at certain times and use the TTS for that.

I mean, some of that is true, but stats-wise Zen is fourth most popular in VShojo. He beats out Froot, Vei, and Hime. So it seems like whatever vtuber hack he's stumbled upon is working.

But whoever said Zen was "growing" slower than his "peers" is retarded. Mel is not becoming more popular, nor are the others you mentioned except Vei.

I went to a vshojo board on reddit once and it was a ghost town. /vt/ is bigger than whatever threads on reddit talk about vtubers. /vt/ also has much more power to bring new viewers to vtubers because of the generalised catalogue. Dedicated discords for each vtuber do little to bring in new viewers.

Because she never streams, I'm going to exclude Hime from these stats. From Jan 1st 2021 to today, Zen is last in terms of average viewers per stream amount her Vshojo peers. Despite being the second highest in terms of stream hours (just under ironmouse) Zen has had the least amount of growth in terms of followers. Despite streaming on double the amount of days as Froot, Froot has gained more followers and maintains a higher average viewers. Zen is putting in more work and getting less out compared to his peers

You must be genuinely retarded if you think /vt/ is the cause of that, the gaps been bigger before, and Kiara's only caught up and surpasses Ina whenever she had a big event. This is true, unfortunately even if you don't browse here every now and again a tuber will get the garbage this place produces stuffed down their throat by some containment breaking retard, even if they don't want it.

It is ultimately true that /vt/ does have influence in the broader vtuber sphere, but it's not because of its number of schizo's, but rather the loudness of them. /VT/ has 0 effect on the general popularity of any Vtuber, except for the ones that directly pander to it, and they're pretty insignificant.
