I've watched every stream of thsi girl, and I can honestly say that if she is indeed faking it, she is unbelievably talented at it.
She is so good at being absent-minded and lost in her own world when right next to others, that it is nothing short of pure genius to keep this act up, and then act normal off-stream.
I have to believe that she is genuinely slow somewhat but cute and selfaware of it, and hololive and herslef used that to their advantage.
