Roa asked her to talk about it one on one (a power play in nip culture) but Meiro wanted a third party to arbitrate. Road didn't agree.
Roa asked help from the management. The management sided with Roa cause she's already established while the other one was still an upstart.
The management threatened Meiro (like restrictions on collabs, events, etc) if she didn't yield.
Meiro asked to be graduated.
Other livers (some influential seniors) convinced Meiro to stay (cause they actually took her side)
Meiro stayed, had an agreement with the management.
Meiro told her version of her story ON STREAM (cause this was actually part of the agreement)
Management suspended Meiro 2 weeks (cause they didn't recognize the agreement, no written proof)
Meiro asked for graduation again (she had enough), management said ok
Meiro fearing she would be silenced, want to postpone the graduation (she a dumbo)
Management said no and fired her
The hole thing got "leaked" on Narukami's show
