While it may not seem like much if it is something regarding a single chuuba of a corpo like anycolor, it can turn into a nightmare when there's more than one chuuba involved because each case has to be filed individually.
And good God is it ten times worse if you're being stalked as an indie, since unless you're being scouted by an agency of sorts (like with Uto, but that's another story, not one deeply known afaik), you'd be all by yourself on court.
