What you probably connected that with in your head was the larger "Nazca" narrative that a few schizos tried to make happen on the board in the past (but is so dead by now that you'd get laughed out of the threads if you tried to re-heat it today), which from the rabbit mispronouncing fennec as phoenix spun a whole tale of how Kiara had supposedly auditioned for JP gen 4, got in, but was then bumped as Polka became suddenly available and put into EN.
Notwithstanding that the whole thing doesn't even make sense if you take it seriously (timelines for the auditions don't match up), it also doesn't even make sense for what the eggs intend to achieve with it (trying to call Kiara a "hurrdurr JP reject haha" or whatever, as if that's a bad thing in the first place), because it presupposes that Kiara was apparently so good in her JP gen4 audition that she beat thousands of other applicants, which is a positive trait. And that she got dropped only for when an even bigger talent, the recently graduated Nobu, became suddenly available. And even then, she was not simply dropped, but apparently was also so good that she became a shoe-in for the newly established EN branch (again, beating out a thousand other applicants apparently). So, far from the insult that the eggs try to intend with this narrative, it actually only makes her look even better, if you really think it through. But of course, you shouldn't have to, because it's all made up bullshit to begin with.
