Tamaki mentioned it before that it is a bit more strict whereas Hololive were a bit more laid back.
Not by fucking much, mind you.
Both have relaxed their aversions a bit, but it's still a pain. I think it is more annoying on Nijisanjis side because of the management oversight when watching over streams to ensure nothing bad happens. Likely not as many active staff as streamers, so need to allocate them more appropriately. Could be wrong though, there could be multiple reasons.
