Dunno about Okayu, I'd chalk it up to lack of similar interests I guess. She avoids a lot of the newer popular collab games, so that limits her some. Either way, unless we get another RBC/Ame situation, collabs are going to be very limited to the few japanese speakers, people with overlapping schedules, interests, and probably even management.
