If you want a JP, or other language, vtuber, then I can't give you specific recommendations since the only ones that get any exposure are the attention seekers. The few that I've found on my own I'm not going to share because
A. their content tends to have that signature "small streamer" scuffedness and
B. I don't want to expose them to /vt/ browsers
