That is the only reason I could guess for their burnout.
Kiara has to keep covering for Ame and Gura because Ina is too introverted to play the mediator (unless forced by management) and Mori is too awkward to fill in the role.
I legitimately believe that Hololive EN would get energy breathed back into it if management would actually force EN out of their bubble.
I am not talking as an anti but rather a former fan that sees that Hololive EN is strangling itself with a rope of isolation that's only going to pull tighter until EN wrings itself.
