but it seems they shifted their design philosophy and decided that letting the applicants have a greater say in their characters appearance and backstory was more important, and shelved these premade designs instead
there was also that yab where haachama decided it'd be hilarious to prank people by pretending to be the chuuni raccoon in someone's totsumachi, which she got chewed out for big time and had to post an official apology. might have made management more reluctant to not use the design at all.
