>other people in my dream start to sound like gura
>after a week of this, every night there's multiple instances of semi-lucid dreaming where all i hear is her saying my name over and over again
>it starts to bleed into real life as invasive thoughts, i literally can't get her out of my head

Alright /vt/, how do you keep your subconscious from creating a tulpa? I'm pretty sure I'm going insane here and I'd like to nip this in the bud before I have to go see a shrink and explain vtubers to them.
