If the former, every single holo should be a piece of cake, unless one of the males has significant fighting experience I'm not aware of
If the latter:
Lose easily to haachama, ayame, kanata, coco, towa, calli, kiara, ame, bae, kronii, sana, fauna, and oga (dunno much about stars desu)
Possibly lose to roboco, shion, choco, rushia, flare, noel, botan, aloe, moona, ina, gura, anya, mumei, irys and maybe a handful of the stars
Probably won't lose to
-suisei (even going by suicopath it's a tiny woman with a shitty kitchen knife, take a rock and chuck it at her face)
-mel (probably just jab her with a wood stake)
-marine (is unarmed and not actually a pirate)
-ollie (standard zombies are weak as fuck, only a danger in shit like l4d)
-any dangerous animal vtuber like mio (despite being a wolf, doesn't actually have powerful fangs and would be about as hard to fight as a normal 5ft tall japanese idol
All the rest are humans/humanoids without powers that shouldn't be too hard to knock out
