There is a number of reasons for that:
She is the most congratulatory in general and loves to celebrate as well. Her going
> AME AME AMEis well known by now. She praises Ame for everything she tries out and especially for the anniversary stream. She also praises Mori almost every time she talks about the TTRPG.
This in conjunction with her just organizing the most stuff means she also praises herself more often than those who organize less and celebrate less do.
But it also might be passive-aggressive since so few things get organised if it isn't by her.
She was utterly amazed by the UsaKen noodle slide collab because it was literally Botan messaging people from several different generations andthree different branches on discord and organizing it in a few minutes because everyone replied and jumped on board.
Compared to that organizing anything in EN sounds like pulling teeth with Gura and half of Council ghosting everyone and Mori and Ina being constantly busy.
