I think the (gay) point anon is trying to make is both of them are proactive with their managers but anon is leaving out some convenient facts.
Selen talks to her managers and is behind getting several permissions that all branches can enjoy because literally no one else was asking. She also stated that Rosemi and Petra couldn't give enough of a fuck to help her with their Minecraft server or even get them skins or whitelisted into the World server, so she had to set that up with the manager on her own. Meanwhile Petra and Elira are apparently friends enough with the manager to roast her taste in anime men. Can't get perms but can gossip about boys.
On the other hand is Bora, the defacto most popular KR. KR managers are apparently numberfags, because Roha had gotten approved for her 2.0 and new outfit and was waiting to release it, yet manager ghosted her for months, leading her to make a sad members post as she sat in quarantine after travelling. Bora quickly contacted the manager and all of a sudden Roha got both 2.0 AND her new outfit, as well as Ray and Nagi.
The difference is, Selen being proactive means that she's the only go-getter in her lazy branch, while Bora is the only person the managers will even listen to.
