Me (and Souchou) are gonna assume that all her fans are living in something like 1K or 1DK, so average monthly rent for one of those in Tokyo is about ¥81,178. This might be on the upper end for a bunch of otaku neets so lets call this whole thing a conservative estimate. That number*12 gives us ¥974,139 or about $8475.
If we go by the smaller 1R room costs, then the rigging was closer to $7473. Again, assuming a monolithic fanbase that lives in the same style of apartment. More than likely there is a good chunk that live in tiny ass dingy apartments that don't charge too much for rent. At minimum, I'd say she spent $5k-$6k on this model's rigging.
Considering this is the same woman that spent $9k on a bed, I can totally believe she'd pay the rigger alone this much money.
Fun fact, if this really was a stack of 10,000円 bills, it'd only be 8.5-9.7 mm thick depending on which estimate you used.
