You wouldn't expect a Sora or AZKI sololive to go nuts on trending either so most Niji concerts that do trend are the ensemble ones or Kuzuha's upcoming one. (Yes, I have clairvoyance, and Hologen 3's concert will also go on trending).

It's probably harder for Watame and Suisei to get only 1500 viewers on a stream than it is for them to sell out 1500 tickets (half capacity).
Physical tickets are also only 1500 yen more expensive than SPWN tickets and it costs them close to nothing to stream it so every SPWN ticket is free money. Cover doesn't charge 4500 yen more for physical tickets like Anycolor does.
