I agree with the other anon. It's a pity that timezones and having a stricter sleeping schedule has hindered her chances to spend more time with the other branches. Not really much she can do besides jumping at the opportunities when they come up.

She did get pretty into it. Just not in normal ways... she loved interacting with the NPCs, doing the boss fights and spent ages sperging over cool weapons and character customisation but she didn't seem all that interested in fighting mobs.

The thing that bothers me about that clip and how its been taken is that she wasn't even being that negative. She indicated a little bit of trepidation which is perfectly understandable for someone in their position and people spin that off somehow into something much more extreme.

I think she'll be fine, honestly. We'll likely get some pretty fun big events and cool EN merch soon enough next year maybe that she'll be able to sustain herself. She's definitely thought about this for a long time especially with how much she's worried about it, but now that she's made the decision, she would at least be doing so with enough deliberation. You didn't have to spoiler this. I agree though, I think Pomu and Finana having similar stances on how to approach videogames is one of the reasons they get along so well, and also why their collabs where one of them is just sitting in are fun.
I remember at the start it felt like Finana collabed with Pomu because she was still adjusting to streaming, but the feesh has really come into her own.
