Delu is known for her lack of consistent streams and her unpredictability, but she's not deceiving us or scamming us.
She's very up front about the tiers, and that spending extra money won't give you anything. She even recomends that you just pay for the cheapest tier once, so you get access to her fanbox streams, past present and future. And when she knows she won't be able to stream for a while she asks her fanbox supporters to cancel their subscriptions so they're not wasting money. She's actually a bit weirded out by how much money is spent on her and feels like she doesn't deserve it.

Yes but she probably won't. It would require a very VERY big movement within Hololive for that to happen. Like Gen 5 actually showing up at her house and begging her to comeback. However I think the thing that needs to be asked in all of this is. What does she want to do. Just to clarify she loves Gen 5 and the members but she rightfully believes she would drag them down with her issues. The reason she distanced herself aside from her autism was because she wanted Gen 5 to focus on their careers not her. On that same note she has found some sort of peach with her fans on QQ and the Fanbox discord.

Another thing to remember is she has no good memories of being Aloe. She has fun memories with Gen 5 predebut talking about all the things they wanted to do but she considers that a closed book. Just from how she reacted to the anniversary of her debut having to commit herself to the hospital. I don't think she could ever separate the memories of that time from Aloe.

It did but it also gave her the means to get the biggest issue for her recovery out of the house. It isn't just the saviorfags though she had a mini breakdown after her SC reading stream where she made a ton of money. She really loves her fans but that also puts a belief in her head that she somehow needs to repay them. Anyone who spent time in the Delta threads knew we were predicting this current arc for a while now.

I think the main thing is she needs to figure out what she wants to do. It's hard but that is how it has to be. Either she grows up and realized she needs to do something or we just think of what could have been. On a bright side she did release a PV for her cover song on twitter last week so she does have plans to keep releasing content. And the Fanbox and QQ very clearly tell her they want her to stream more and go public again so don't even try to tell me some dumb story about groomers.

even without the cancel campaign 5chan and nijisanji did on her, chances are she would have quit herself or be forced to quit shortly after. shes more mentally ill than the average holo and comes a household with domestic and psychological abuse problems from both parents. i say this as someone who was looking forward to watching her. i dont think she would have made it past the 1 year anniversary.

Recasting her model is really tough although I would argue that IRyS is essentially just a reskinned Aloe. It also wouldn't be fair for the person who had to retake the model or Gen 5. It would just be a very awkward situation and cover did the right thing not trying to go "THIS IS NOW ALOE PRETEND LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED!"

Best thing to do is distance yourself from her as a fan and not get to attached to her. If you want to support her that is fine but understand she is probably going to keep making the same mistakes until she is forced to take a hard look at herself and what she is doing.

Nah over time the various members of gen five have mentioned in passing they haven’t been in communication with her. They might be trying to keep kayfabe but remember a lot of Holos haven’t even talked to everyone in their branch yet.

They love and miss her and she loves them back. The issue is they are busy and she didn't return their calls on the other hand she has feels they are better off without her and feels a ton of shame for not reaching out and grabbing their hands when they were offering to help her.

It is a very complicated issue. But to say that she doesn't love them or they don't care about her is the most tone deaf and retarded statement any shitposter can make. Botan talks about her all the time, Lamy brings her up regularly and even choose Blessing for her, Nene is constantly putting references to her in official art. On the flip side Delta was overjoyed when she found out all the merch Lamy had received and called her Mama. Even her Graduation was done partly because she didn't want to drag the other 4 down with her bullshit.

The problem is she has Aqua tier autism and anything short of NePoLaBo showing up to her house themselves will not work.
