We have confirmed that the music from the TV anime "Uma Musume Pretty Derby" used in the game is causing an alert to appear on YouTube stating "A copyright infringement complaint has been filed against the content (video).
The distribution guidelines have been updated to include information about this issue.
Cygames Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established guidelines for the distribution of gameplay of "Umamusume Pretty Derby" (hereinafter referred to as "the Content") as a means for customers to share their experiences with each other.
As long as the following guidelines are adhered to, the Company will not exercise its copyrights, regardless of whether it is an individual or a corporation, for profit or not for profit.
1. You may post videos and still images of your gameplay taken from the Contents to sharing sites. However, posting videos containing BGM to sites other than the ones listed below is prohibited.

*If you have uploaded a gameplay video to YouTube, and you receive an alert from YouTube stating that "a copyright infringement complaint has been filed against your content (video)" due to the music from the TV anime "Uma Musume Pretty Derby" used in the game. If you have received an alert from YouTube stating that a copyright infringement claim has been made against your content (video) due to the music from "Pretty Derby", please file an objection by yourself. 3. With the exception of short videos of 2 minutes and 30 seconds or less, we require customers to be creative in adding live audio and comments to the videos and still images they post. This does not apply to videos that have been imported and posted as-is, videos that have been reprinted from other people's videos, or videos that are mainly for the purpose of viewing illustrations, movies, or music. 4.
These guidelines apply only in Japan. 5.
Posting of secondary works created by users based on videos or still images taken from the Contents shall be done within the scope permitted by law. 6.
The Company may take legal action, including deletion, against postings that fall under or may fall under the following items.
