Other than her, only Ame tries getting bigger events off the ground, and Mori has her ttrpg, but the rest of them are all varying degrees of more or less passive passengers.
Also you can bet your aids-rotten ass that there's quite a few more extra steps involved than "just announce a date in discord and everybody instantly says yes, bing bong so easy lol". There's a lot more back and forth between the members in different timezones to check what time is best for them, where their schedule is free enough, and then taking all that individual information back and figuring out what date out of all possible suggestions works best for the widest majority of people. That's not even taking into account that some members are definetly prone to ghosting and don't reply instantly, thus jamming the entire process, and need to be tardwrangled multiple times.
