Kiara's talents and popularity is being wasted in Hololive due to their crazy restrictions. She should move to VShojo to fulfill her potential and be free.

Each company, and each branch has it's own culture. Some fit in more than others, but you have to be insane to think Kiara is in the same wavelength as Vshojo. You don't have to like her to realize she fits Hololive's culture perfectly.

She wouldn't host HoloTalk anymore, probably the best thing she has going for her. I guess she could be a better bridge between VShojo and JP than anyone they have now. Nyanners knows probably the best Japanese of any shojo but she doesn't speak it too well.
