watch clips, you'll miss out context or some scenes but it is the easiest to do. Some streams now have translations built into them as well for when you watch later.

I only follow one, and even then for the most part I put her stream archives on as white noise the same way normalfags use spotify or whatever and only really check in when something interesting happens or she's playing a game I'm particularly interested in. Otherwise I'll occasionally check out some clips for the rest but I don't really care as much.

Watch just one, not like most stream that much, it's just 2-3 hours a day, same as any other hobby.
Alternatively, use the playback speed option on youtube and watch the VoDs at 1.5x or 2x speed.

I watch extended clips usually 8-13mins summary of streams. There are usually a few on collab streams.

Yeah, having both job and studies make it near impossible to enjoy streams, especially since in EU zone peak hours are somewhere around 1-3 PM.
I just watch Haachama stream while at work, since her streams are usualy 1 hour long and whatever's on after 11 PM
