About not wanting to sing, you must've realized by now that despite first impressions, she can be really self-conscious about appearing "cringe". something must've convinced her that her singing is cringe between the last singing stream and now, because she used to be eager to sing, even if she had to use a janky setup that involved picking up an iPad's speaker over her microphone because her Macbook couldn't capture desktop audio. I think she has a nice voice, and that she could develop it well if she tried to. I really believe in this youkai, and I really think it's something she has the power to accomplish.
On the subject of friends, developing her voice could be a nice confidence booster, and a skill she can transfer into her daily life. It she was confident in her voice, she could lean on that in social situations like karaoke. Also, if she takes lessons that puts her in an environment where she will meet other girls who also want to get better at those types of things, and those girls have a higher chance of being fans of idols.
