She has about the same subs as Subaru who puts in literally many times the effort she does and IIRC income too. The degree to which people like her / her popularity is not at all proportional to the effort she puts in and that rubs people the wrong way, like she just has it too easy and simply doesn't deserve to be rewarded for being demonstrably the most uncommitted Holo.
There are others who take long pauses and/or just don't stream consistently - Mel, Aki, Shion etc. You don't see hate threads on Mel because her numbers are not so great so basically it's an "all is right with the world" type feeling of she gets what's proportional to her (lack of effort), and people are happy to see her when she does show up and encourage her. She doesn't really give excuses and hasn't been caught red-handed lying like Ayame. There's a reason things are why they are around Ayame, those who have been around Holo for years are just sick of her and have not much good to say about her, those who are new and clipfag reddit children are not yet jaded and still stick strongly to the kool-aid Cover IVs into them while they're sedated with clips. Maybe, they'll learn too, but it could take years.
