This is why she's far better than the 3D at home thing other Holos have tried, there's no failsafe live2d to use if it looked bad.
For that matter I don't even find her super impressive technically, she looks a lot like a COM3D2 character in motion poly-wise (could have said koikatsu yeah but the shading on that is pretty distinct unlike com). Like I can count the polys on her shoulder, fucking really? Although I think that may have something to do with the specs of the phone needing to not choke on too high-spec a model. Maybe soon they'll be able to settle on uniformly high-poly models.
