>>11986611for my own experience with medication, I was basically forced onto them without a choice, all they ever did was make me feel dumber, the root problem comes from my analytical nature, all the positive effect they had was they got me through the first few months of a dead end job by basically making me pretend I was stupid and enjoyed it, from there I made real progress in my own happiness by fostering happiness in others I worked with through bravado and gained a sense of self worth through that leadership.
its said hindsight is 20/20 but even with all the very real problems i've had in my life it really just came down to acthappier5head
your surroundings are an echo chamber of what you put into them, so even just acting happier made me happier, but it's easier said than done, i'm definitely over simplifying years of effort into a few sentences, but its not like i've never experienced sadness since either.
do your best anon
>>11987201if you have a bad dosage or the wrong medication, they may be doing more harm than good, my first ones caused memory issues despite not being a listed symptom, but my other ones weren't as scary, though their dosage was tricky to get right
>>11986944it sounds like you may very well be anemic, iron pills are inexpensive and you may find even after only taking them for a week it could make a major difference as it catches you back up to where it should be, even if you don't keep taking them past that unless you have something causing the anemia to reoccur (as is common with women who have anemia)
a bottle on amazon will be less than 10 dollars and can make such a big difference in your energy levels if it's a cause of problems for you
