The timeline of her identities implies that she knew she was Nijisanji before she even debuted as Ria. She had a very strong debut with an original we know the company paid for and signs that she got special treatment for her models but her activity was bad from day 1, it wasn't a situation where she got worse over time. By all appearances she wasn't trying in the first place. At the time she left, a ton of people got automated refunds on their donations to her. Tsunderia put out a statement that Ria would be getting properly paid out anyways, but people who knew how YouTube payouts worked basically worked out that Ria had to have cancelled her YouTube monetization manually which meant that the company received no money and had to pay her out of pocket if they were compensating her.
As another anon said people initially took her graduation well because they thought she might've just not fit in and wanted out, and another girl left Tsunderia around the same time so a lot of people believed reasonably that the company was at fault at first since it was young. Over the next few months though the reputation of the company became very good around the smaller western scene because everyone who interacted with them had great things to say and they did a lot of good things publicly like rescuing a talent from an actual black company and giving their talents way more care than anyone else in the industry.
When Rosemi debuted it changed how a lot of things looked because it meant that she left Tsunderia acting like she'd go indie. Then as Miki made pushes for donations on her last months of that identity after carrying her Ria fanbase over (keep in mind she receives a larger cut as indie but was actually getting more viewers and overall donations as Ria) then graduated from there to become Nijisanji.
It's also worth noting that the other graduated Tsunderia talent continued to be on good terms with them today. Kana and Tsunderia mention each other and speak fondly of their time even though she more or less openly left to earn more on her own. They still wish her well despite that while Ria is blacklisted from even being mentioned and her old genmates seem to dislike Rosemi. It's a massively different treatment.
Tsunderia's biggest problem is that they're fucking retarded and need to write better contracts.
